Ben, who has a background in communications, fundraising, events, and community engagement, joined Citizen Zoo in 2021. Since joining, in addition to releasing water voles and large marsh grasshoppers, helped to establish the London Beaver Working Group and organised site visits across London to identify potential reintroduction locations for beavers. Ben assisted in securing local landowner and stakeholder buy in as part of the license application process for releasing beavers at Paradise Fields. Since then, he has also contributed to project management, fundraising, and delivery of the Ealing Beaver Project and is proud to be a part of such a resourceful, collaborative and dynamic team on this project.
